What is Product Development?

Product development can be referring as create a new product with a new feature or add some additional new feature to the new product. Product development also can be defined as add an additional function or made some improvement based on the existing products. For Product development, it actually included an overall process of design, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, market positioning, marketing, distribution, and sales aim to produce a new product. All of these are the basic elements of developing a new product and some of the company will build up a team lead by a product manager and a team that expert in those elements.
